• Perform key implementation functions • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills • Manage deliverables to the project plan • Participate in internal status calls • Participate in external/client status calls • Facilitate internal and external workshops covering data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing • Train the Delivery team • Contribute to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications • Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery quality • Meet assigned deadlines • Support modifications based on specific client requirements • Work on pension plan administration and implementation support
• At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong written communication skills • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems affecting technical specification accuracy • Exceptional Excel and Access skills • Testing experience, including developing and executing test plans • Ability to articulate why you are a good fit for the position
