📋 Description

• Investigate, triage, diagnose, and help resolve system issues for internal and external clients • Work with IT teams and suppliers as needed • Provide ongoing support until tickets are fully resolved • Analyze reported system issues to determine validity, severity, and reproduction steps • Assist Senior Analysts with business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancement documentation • Record changes to existing systems and help maintain complete support documentation • Support business and client needs and research, escalating findings to the appropriate team member • Assist senior staff with client and user requirements gathering, status reports, release notes, and task planning • Follow change management processes • Coordinate client-specific requests and resources • Handle outage notifications • Support weekly reporting of incoming, open, and closed issues

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to identify trends and assess the severity of defects and data issues • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Insurance industry experience • In-depth flood underwriting knowledge (standout qualification) • ANFI certification (standout qualification) • Familiarity with SQL (standout qualification)
