📋 Description

• Develop and implement scheduling strategies that align with organizational goals and optimize resource utilization • Collaborate with group leads to forecast scheduling needs and accommodate changes in demand • Monitor scheduling metrics, utilization, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions • Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and improve communication across teams • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth operations • Coordinate and manage the assignment of consultants and staff to projects based on availability, skillsets, and project priorities • Maintain an accurate resource database with current skill profiles, certifications, and availability statuses • Collaborate closely with project managers, human capital, and delivery teams to align staffing plans with project timelines and business objectives • Manage the upkeep and accuracy of resource management tools/systems, ensuring data integrity for availability, skills, and utilization • Train and support end users on resource management tools and best practices • Identify and recommend process improvements in resource management practices • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in workforce and resource management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of scheduling experience in a professional services/consulting environment • Proven track record of successfully managing complex scheduling processes and optimizing resource allocation • Familiarity with consulting workflows and project delivery methodologies • Experience with resource management or project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Big Hand, Elite 3E) preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed scheduling decisions • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail • Knowledge of industry best practices in scheduling and resource management • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
