📋 Description

• Coordinates IT support requests and ensures timely resolution through effective communication with internal teams and end-users • Manages and optimizes IT support workflow processes to enhance departmental efficiency • Generates reports to support decision-making and process improvements • Maintains standardized procedures to ensure quality IT service delivery and compliance • Collaborates with cross-functional IT teams to address technical issues and achieve IT-related goals • Ensures accurate and timely communication of relevant IT information to stakeholders • Adheres to industry regulations and compliance requirements in IT service-related activities • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • One (1) plus years of related professional work experience • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple IT support requests • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with IT teams and end-users • Proficiency in using IT support tools and software to facilitate efficient operations • Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic IT support environment • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving IT service-related goals • Ability to provide exceptional customer support and address IT inquiries effectively.
