📋 Description

• Lead the annual strategic planning process, including strategic vision and messaging for key initiatives • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals • Coordinate department operating rhythms, Monthly Operating Reviews, leadership meetings, follow-up actions, and strategic deep-dive sessions • Manage Shared Services Charters, Joint Operating Committees, and cross-functional dependencies • Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across strategic initiatives • Monitor industry trends, earnings calls, analyst reports, press releases, competitive activity, M&A, and new market opportunities • Synthesize competitive intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations • Deliver organizational performance metrics and identify continuous-improvement opportunities • Report performance and key metrics to department leadership • Coordinate quarterly goal setting, alignment, and performance monitoring • Provide strategic assistance and research to support executive decision-making • Serve as a central point for department information and proposals • Collaborate on mergers and acquisitions, focusing on department strategy and infrastructure setup • Develop communication and marketing strategies, messaging, and content • Prepare Board, leadership, and external stakeholder presentations and materials • Organize leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions • Build and maintain relationships with payors, vendors, executive peers, regulators, and external stakeholders • Aid in developing and executing departmental crisis-management plans • Provide support during organizational changes or challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required • Master's degree preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, strategic operations, chief of staff, business transformation, consulting, or related functions • 5+ years of leadership experience • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and governance • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong organizational leadership and influence skills • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders • Ability to support executive decision-making through strategic analysis and governance • Primarily seated work with extensive computer and telephone use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs. • Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities
