• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support through email, live chat, and inbound phone calls using Zendesk. • Assist customers with product questions, order updates, returns, cancellations, promotions, and discount adjustments. • Deliver an empathetic, solution-focused experience. • Document customer interactions accurately. • Navigate multiple systems efficiently. • Ensure every customer receives timely and professional support.
