• Own the North America marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals • Co-own the NA pipeline number with the regional Sales leader • Build MoEngage's brand and category presence in North America • Lead an integrated demand engine across paid, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, ABM, partner co-marketing, and outbound enablement • Own the NA field and events portfolio • Drive customer advocacy in the region • Partner with global Product Marketing to localize positioning • Build, develop, scale & shape the NA marketing team • Own the regional marketing budget
• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS • Proven leadership at the Director / Senior Director level • Track record building or scaling regional marketing for North America • Domain experience in MarTech, CDP, customer engagement, marketing automation, CX, or adjacent categories • Strong commercial orientation: Owned a pipeline number alongside Sales • Experience building and retaining high-performing marketing teams across multiple sub-functions • Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partners without formal authority • Executive presence and storytelling skills
