📋 Description

• Own A/B test design and analysis and partner with product managers on conclusions and recommendations • Partner with the growth team across the full experimentation loop, including idea generation, prioritization, opportunity sizing, experiment design and analysis, and applying learnings • Analyze user behavior and investigate anomalies to understand business changes • Partner with product and engineering teams on feature launches, measurement approaches, success metrics, and tracking events • Provide data and insights for business decisions and share results with the broader company and leadership team • Automate recurring workflows while maintaining insight quality • Build new datasets and pipelines and help maintain and update existing data infrastructure • Collaborate with data, growth, product, and engineering teams to enable data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in a product analyst or similar role • Advanced knowledge of statistical methodologies for A/B testing, including experiment design and results analysis • Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to evaluate speed-versus-accuracy tradeoffs and recommend problem-solving approaches • Ability to work with technical and non-technical partners and translate requirements into actionable steps • Ability to explain technical topics and roadblocks to non-technical partners • Expert-level SQL, including creating tables, window functions, and clear, succinct code • Experience with a modern analytics stack • Experience with Amplitude and Statsig • Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Hex, and Omni • AI fluency and ability to identify appropriate and error-prone uses of AI • Experience in consumer subscription analytics (nice to have) • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup (nice to have)
