📋 Description

• Ensure Mondelēz consistently produces safe, high-quality products meeting or exceeding customer expectations and federal, state, and local regulatory standards • Direct seamless execution of source, product, and process quality for brand protection across North America Venture Brands • Execute quality, food safety, and regulatory programs within Mondelēz and across manufacturing, packing, and warehousing partners • Manage day-to-day Quality strategy execution with North America Ventures manufacturers and repackers • Communicate and manage North America Ventures Manufacturing Quality scorecards and achievement of goals • Implement Quality initiatives at North America Ventures manufacturing locations • Partner with Supply Chain, Corporate Quality commercialization, and R&D teams for communication and successful new product launches • Communicate and manage Critical To Quality and Critical To Process parameters according to Manufacturing Standards • Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications for food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Facilitate IL6S and the Manufacturing Standards journey at North America Venture manufacturing locations • Support Consumer Inspired Quality execution at manufacturing and repacking locations • Manage and verify Quality Control Management Systems • Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes • Drive continuous improvement in Quality Assurance and Food Safety by setting goals and identifying key performance indicators • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences • Minimum 3+ years related experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety, and/or R&D • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work • Previous roles partnering with external partners • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment • Fundamental understanding of Sanitation, Hygienic Design, Pest Control, Quality, HACCP, and Food Safety principles • Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Office • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English • Ability to organize, motivate, and lead associates • Excellent process management and plan development/execution skills • Ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to make decisions ensuring consumer safety • Growth mindset and willingness to ask questions to understand trainings, procedures, policies, and projects • Ability to work with management and communicate exceptionally • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to persist until goals are reached • Approximately 30%-40% travel may be required for key project needs
