📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer service • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments • Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and guide them toward booking • Accurately document customer information and appointments in the CRM • Meet booking goals while maintaining excellent customer service • Complete a voicemail exercise reading the provided customer service script

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer service or appointment-setting experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace • Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM system • Applicants must complete the required voicemail exercise • Include full name and phone number in the voicemail • Pre-employment background checks and drug screening are required
