📋 Description
• Design new trading card sets and products • Create visual directions that feel premium • Iterate on existing sets and expand insert concepts • Bring co-branded partnership deals to life • Design packaging elements and product presentation materials • Prepare production-ready design handoff • Partner with the Creative Director and leadership teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional design experience • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Strong experience designing for print • Strong visual design skills • A systems-minded approach to design • Ability to balance consistency and flexibility • Comfort working across fast-moving product cycles • Strong creative judgment
