📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute design layouts for boxes, labels, product manuals, and collateral. • Prepare and manage die lines, print specifications, color profiles, and production files. • Create high-fidelity 3D renders for internal presentations and buyer decks. • Leverage AI design tools to increase efficiency in the creative process. • Support the creation of graphics as needed to drive e-commerce performance. • Collaborate closely with our digital/DTOC design team and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken). • Ability to work remotely and proactively communicate progress. • Proven professional experience in packaging design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering software is essential. • Deep understanding of print production workflows, packaging engineering (die lines), and file preparation. • Demonstrated curiosity and experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance design speed and productivity. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of SKUs (30-40+ per year). • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs. • Interested in long-term career opportunities. • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
