📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for Concur, including user setup, approver routing, location data, and system configurations • Troubleshoot and resolve access problems, approval workflow failures, and integration errors • Support system upgrades, implementations, and special projects with the Accounting Manager • Review reimbursement requests for travel and expense policy compliance and adequate documentation • Enforce T&E policies, procedures, and internal controls • Maintain accurate, paperless records and audit-ready documentation • Onboard and train new employees on Concur • Provide first-line technical support via phone and email • Build effective working relationships across the organization and deliver high-standard customer service • Report to the Accounting Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of one year administering an expense management system for a large employee population • Concur experience is a plus • Ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user access, approval workflow routing, and system integration issues • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups, for reporting and ad-hoc analysis • Working knowledge of travel and expense policies and internal controls • Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to train users and respond professionally to inquiries • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently, make decisions, take appropriate actions, and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment • High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organization skills • Ability to safeguard confidential information
