• Provide virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or parents/caregivers • Conduct brief, focused therapy using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Provide parent guidance and psychoeducation • Facilitate virtual parent support and education groups • Help parents develop strategies for emotional regulation, behavior management, communication, coping skills, and family functioning • Assess presenting concerns and develop individualized treatment goals and brief intervention plans • Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, family-centered care • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, primary care providers, schools, and other care-team members • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical needs and treatment response • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and telehealth standards • Identify and respond to safety concerns, including risk assessment and crisis protocols • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, team meetings, and quality-improvement activities • Work five 8-hour shifts during open business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-7pm and Friday and Saturday 8am-5pm
• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy • California State License as a LMFT or LCSW • Current, unrestricted clinical license appropriate to practice independently in the applicable jurisdiction • Training and demonstrated experience in CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches • Strong communication, clinical assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and developmental backgrounds • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team • Live Scan fingerprint clearance required by the Department of Healthcare Services • Experience providing psychotherapy and/or behavioral health services to children, adolescents, parents, or families preferred • Experience providing services through telehealth/virtual platforms preferred • Experience facilitating groups or parent education groups preferred • Strong family-centered and strengths-based clinical approach • Ability to translate clinical concepts into practical strategies that parents can use at home • Comfortable engaging clients and families virtually • Experience with brief interventions and time-limited treatment models • Knowledge of child and adolescent behavioral health • Experience with parent coaching, behavioral management strategies, or family therapy • Strong group facilitation skills • Ability to work at least two evening shifts per week (10:30am-7pm) within assigned business hours
