📋 Description

• Perform change analysis and technical reviews of engineering and documentation changes, including Windchill change requests, change notices, evaluations, problem reports, variances, and deferrals • Review requirements and systems engineering artifacts in Jama and export/reformat Jama documents • Review Jules tWO work order templates • Review Rover change notices • Triage incoming change packages for completeness before analyst review • Support rollout of new configuration management tools through user testing, user support, and data cleanup • Draft updates to work instructions and wiki pages for Blue Origin approval • Produce configuration status accounting, baseline, change status, aging, and metrics reports • Audit part and document attributes, numbering, metadata, and part-to-document links • Perform document librarian work, including number assignment, release verification, and NASA deliverables • Support configuration management audits through evidence collection and preparation • Support aerospace engineering and product lifecycle management activities across programs and products

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in related field and 5 years related experience; or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Management, Business Administration, or related discipline and 3 years related experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Experience supporting Configuration Management, Engineering Data Management, Document Control, or Product Lifecycle Management environments • Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM or comparable PLM platforms • Experience releasing engineering drawings, documentation, and work orders • Understanding of engineering change management processes including Change Requests, Change Notices, Variances/Deviations, and Engineering Change Orders • Experience with Model-Based Definition methodologies • Proficiency using Creo View • Working knowledge of ASME drawing and drafting standards • U.S. Citizenship or possession of a Green Card required
