📋 Description
• Join partner-facing calls alongside Business Development to answer technical questions and scope integrations, building trust and confidence with Americas-based teams • Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards for integrators to accelerate their implementation of Morpho's protocol • Provide hands-on technical support to integrators through Telegram and Slack channels to unblock implementation challenges in real-time • Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback to create better onboarding experiences for future partners • Forward bugs and product feedback from the field to internal engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of Morpho's products • Proactively identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements to enhance how Morpho serves builders globally • Bridge timezone gaps by communicating technical details clearly with product teams at major platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience • 3+ years working in web3/blockchain projects • 3+ years as an integration engineer, solutions engineer, or developer relations professional • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and practical knowledge of Solidity • Technical writing experience with the ability to create clear documentation and tutorials • Fluency in English • Optional but valuable: Experience with Python, Rust, or Go
