🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS license required • Minimum 2 years retail residential mortgage experience • Proven production history • Currently working in residential mortgage • Minimum 3 years retail mortgage or P&L management experience (for Sales/Branch Managers) • Demonstrated team leadership and production results (for Sales/Branch Managers) • Must reside and be authorized to work IN the United States
