📋 Description

• Understand the inner workings of UKG Pro and use that understanding to serve clients’ needs • Partner with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment • Build meaningful client relationships and advise clients on best use of their UKG systems • Partner internally to support customer needs across multiple service types • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed • Complete client workflows and deliverables accurately and on time in accordance with SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Exposure to HRIS systems • Experience with Microsoft Office • Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have) • Experience using UKG Pro (nice to have) • Experience working in an HR Department (nice to have) • Obtain HR Services Delivery certification during first year • Pursue an additional UKG certification • Timely and accurate completion of client workflow or deliverables in accordance with SOPs • Developing consulting skill set, with strong grasp of outsourcing skill set
