📋 Description

• Travel to all practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to deliver impactful training • Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead interactive workshops designed to convey essential information • Conduct hands-on observations of clinic workflows to provide actionable feedback that supports monthly reporting and drives improvement toward organizational goals • Review provider notes and communication to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards • Create and deliver educational materials to implement new and updated workflows and best practices to care teams • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support • Engage in regular skill assessments and coaching improvement sessions • Partner with Super Users to provide coaching and support • Maintain clear and open lines of communication with the Supervisor • Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements • Work closely with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams

🎯 Requirements

• An associate's degree in a relevant field is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus • 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably with Athena • Strong understanding of Value-Based programs (e.g., HCC, Quality Measures) • Commitment to continuous learning and expanding personal knowledge base • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to inspire and engage learners • Requires travel of up to 80% of the time • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations as they arise • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
