📋 Description

• Facilitate training for Solventum™ HIS software customers both remotely and onsite • Lead demonstrations, and training for customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products • Implement delivery of web-based and live classroom training • Contribute to asynchronous training • Support project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders • Determine applicable training plans in coordination with customer and implementation resources • Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives while complying with professional and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment • 3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding • 3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle • 3 years of experience as coder in Hospital setting • RHIA/RHIT Credentials, CCS Certification • Experience with Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS), Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment
