📋 Description

• Coordinate PFS initiatives and facilitate process improvement • Collaborate with the PFS Manager to map processes, conduct readiness assessments, implement changes, and improve departmental standards • Serve as project manager for PFS initiatives and staff training and education • Coordinate, assess, document, and communicate operational actions, irregularities, and continuing needs • Provide status updates, reports, project summaries, and presentations to the PFS Manager • Serve as a proxy for the PFS Manager when needed • Assist with PFS change management communication plans and initiatives • Assist RCIRR Leadership with revenue cycle training and education programs • Maintain relationships with PFS and hospital/clinic departments • Attend PFS meetings, capture follow-up items, and coordinate resolutions • Research payer policies and contracts and provide updated information to PFS teams and leadership • Validate payer contract information in software and confirm reimbursement aligns with contracted rates • Mentor caregivers and complete special projects as directed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 2–5 years of non-clinical healthcare experience in revenue cycle required • Associate's degree preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High degree of organizational skills • Fine motor skills • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to input and interpret data • Ability to communicate, interact, and cooperate professionally with peers, management, and senior leadership • Ability to work with little supervision • Ability to manage, organize, prioritize, and multitask • Ability to identify, analyze, and effectively address complex issues • Ability to evaluate and comprehend information and recognize trends • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Hearing, speaking, and visual skills • Must reside in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for remote employment
