📋 Description

• Ship features across Motion's AI-native creative strategy platform • Understand problems, make product decisions, build solutions, and own outcomes • Work on a small, high-ownership, cross-functional team • Ship to production in the first week • Own a significant initiative in the first month • Improve AI usage and systems across the technology stack • Remove impediments and execute in a fast-moving startup environment • Contribute across Platform, Harness, or customer-facing Runneth engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Technical founder, co-founder, or one of the first engineers at a startup • Personally wrote a meaningful share of the code recently • Years of product shipping experience, ideally in a small team with outcome ownership • Ability to explain architecture, design decisions, tradeoffs, and system integration • Comfort building without a specification • Experience with React, Node.js with Express, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure • Self-taught, bootcamp, or degree background accepted • Must be comfortable with AI and agentic coding • Individual contributor orientation rather than seeking a leadership-title role
