📋 Description

• Analyze autonomous vehicle data pipelines, including heuristic extraction, diagnostic evaluations, and ETL-driven metrics analysis • Translate complex robotics data, autonomy insights, and system performance metrics into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders • Lead the weekly Software Performance Review presented to leadership, including the CEO • Architect the executive reporting ecosystem, commercial readiness reviews, and long-term autonomy trend analyses • Own executive- and Board-level reporting regarding autonomous vehicle system performance • Design charts, graphs, and visual frameworks that translate engineering outputs into executive insights • Translate technical debugging into business ROI and influence long-term technical roadmaps • Partner with internal leads across heuristic extraction, reasoning engine and infrastructure, diagnosis and reporting, and data and metrics analysis • Mentor junior Business Analytics and Business Intelligence engineers and reporting engineers • Establish data visualization, chart design, and executive communication best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience bridging business intelligence, data science, and strategic reporting within a highly complex technical field such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, or aerospace • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Intelligence, Robotics, or an MBA combined with a strong technical foundation in engineering problem spaces • Experience leading executive presentations and high-visibility reviews • Ability to use data to build compelling points of view and influence stakeholders • Ability to balance long-term system maturity strategy with detailed software release analysis • Foundational understanding of robotics systems and data architectures • Understanding of autonomous vehicle performance, perception, and prediction validation • Proven experience mentoring junior engineers or analysts • Prior strategic management consulting experience in deep-tech, AI, robotics, or automotive is a bonus, not required • Direct experience reporting on software readiness, simulation performance, and safety metrics for autonomous systems is a bonus, not required
