📋 Description

• Provide thought leadership in the safety and compliance arena • Provide context to enhance risk, safety, and compliance strategies • Enable internal Sales teams on the value customers seek through enhanced safety and compliance • Influence the productization of value-added Professional Services • Build brand awareness through conferences, white papers, articles, speaking engagements, panels, bootcamps, podcasts, and other thought-leadership channels • Share enterprise telematics best practices and identify target prospects within prioritized verticals • Develop growth strategy recommendations leveraging key accounts and guide product development roadmap priorities • Collaborate with Sales Development on safety best practices and support safety and compliance inquiries from potential clients • Assist with safety-focused sales collateral and proposals • Integrate safety and compliance best practices into client engagements and customized onboarding plans • Support driver communication, supervisor training, hardware installation planning, user training, KPI scoping, and business intelligence needs • Represent Motive at trade association meetings and support regulatory and legislative advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of successful experience within the fleet safety industry • 5+ years working with safety or fleet management telematics technology • Experience in one or more transportation segments, including waste, oil/gas, trucking, services, transit, or federal/state government • Record of successfully developing and implementing risk, safety, and prevention programs that reduce risk, injuries, and overall cost • Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FMCSR regulations • Experience in safety program development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting • Strong consultative and coaching abilities within organizations • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence • Flexibility to travel up to 60% • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
