📋 Description

• Own video and motion projects end to end, from intake and story development through editing, animation, versioning, delivery, and post-launch iteration • Edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, paid media and organic social, web, events, customer storytelling, and other marketing initiatives • Create and integrate motion graphics, typography, animation, and other visual elements • Translate creative briefs, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights into editorial decisions • Manage multiple priorities and timelines while maintaining craft, consistency, and on-brand execution • Build working relationships with adjacent teams and contribute as a trusted creative partner • Evaluate and develop AI-assisted video workflows for scripting, footage exploration, versioning, and post-production

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion design • Portfolio or reel demonstrating editorial judgment, storytelling, pacing, motion design, and visual craft across multiple formats and channels • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software • Strong working knowledge of After Effects and modern post-production workflows, including file management, versioning, and delivery best practices • Strong working knowledge of motion graphics and animation • Experience managing complex creative projects with cross-functional stakeholders and limited oversight • Strong understanding of translating brand systems and visual standards into cohesive video content • Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize feedback, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound creative decisions • Videography, production, or on-set experience is a plus, but not required • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
