📋 Description

• Analyze complex business requirements and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) • Configure core Oracle ERP modules and develop custom technical solutions using Oracle development tools and frameworks • Architect and implement REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and automated data pipelines connecting Oracle with third-party platforms • Lead business process re-engineering, gap analyses, and setup configurations across operational and financial workstreams • Support transactional and master data structuring, governance, validation, and analytics • Collaborate with business leaders, functional workstream leads, and solution architects • Drive data migration, functional validation, UAT, and system integrations during upgrades and cloud modernization • Provide Tier-3 production support, root-cause analysis, and sustainable resolutions for complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications • Proven expertise across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Applications / Infrastructure (OCI) • In-depth functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Oracle Financials suites • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, custom interfaces, workflows, SQL, and PL/SQL • Experience with API integrations, web services, and data transformation • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or enterprise middleware platforms preferred • Proficiency in business process mapping, gap analysis, and AIM/OUM deliverables such as MD050 and MD070 • Experience leading test cycles, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivering end-user training • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Git, and enterprise DevOps release practices • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required • Employer work permit sponsorship unavailable
