📋 Description

• Partner closely with customers and the Sales team to deliver end-to-end solutions • Own the technical design of solutions for Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts • Gather technical and voice-of-customer requirements • Develop solution designs for infrastructure, devices, backhaul, networks, and applications • Plan deployment, implementation, migration, and/or cutover activities • Design, develop, maintain, and manage portable Ecosystem demonstration kits tailored to account verticals • Partner with Sales to deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and pilots • Participate in Sales strategy, system integration, and competitive intelligence engagements • Engage with global Product organizations to support business development, Sales, and customers • Support mission-critical technologies including communications networks, command and control software, video solutions, business continuity/resiliency, mass notification applications, and cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Computer Engineering • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Sales, Presales, Project Management, Engineering, or Public Safety experience OR 6+ years of experience in one of those areas • Experience with wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures, including APCO P25, DMR, TETRA, LTE, 802.11, 3GPP 4G/5G, FirstNet/Frontline, highly desirable • Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.), IP networking architecture, protocols, and security, highly desirable • Knowledge of RF coverage predictions, microwave design, traffic/capacity modeling, and related toolsets an asset • Familiarity with fixed and mobile video solutions • Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset • Willingness to travel 50%–75% of the time • Must be located nearby a major airport
