📋 Description

• Implement Mobile Video solutions • Lead and serve as the focal point for all aspects of assigned projects • Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction • Use project management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action item logs • Analyze complex project issues and develop resolutions • Allocate resources to meet project, corporate financial, and customer satisfaction objectives • Communicate directly with customers and relevant senior internal stakeholders • Conduct project reviews throughout the project lifecycle • Manage overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects • Direct and coordinate project team activities • Contribute to project plans and organizational objectives • Prepare project status reports for upper management

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology required • 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Must successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Strong presentation and negotiating skills • PMP highly preferred • Knowledge of mobile video technology, wireless/LTE infrastructure, retention/redaction/chain of custody policies and procedures, evidence management software and workflow is a plus • Self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives • Must be located in the Midwest, South, or Southeast regions due to travel requirements • Travel requirement stated as 25%; Travel Requirements section states over 50%
