📋 Description

• Manage the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services • Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded products or services • Manage projects from inception to completion or transition, including tracking and evaluation of project performance • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics • Participate in project review and status meetings and communicate project status • Utilize Six Sigma and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness • Motivate the project team to ensure optimal performance • Assist in developing business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, Project Management, or Technology • 5+ years of Public Safety, Project Management, or Program Management experience managing complex deployments is required • Must have excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Must have prior people Management experience for this position • Must be willing to travel (75%) as required for this position • Must be willing to work remotely in the United States • Must be skilled in using Microsoft Project and similar applications for project schedule planning • Must have experience with project risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies • Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • Must be able to pass and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers • PMP Certification Preferred
