📋 Description

• Lead entire teams and coordinate internal and external resources and vendors • Plan and manage projects holistically across schedule, scope, cost, resources, and risks • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Lead cross-functional workstream meetings with client contacts and internal stakeholders • Lead kickoffs, status/daily stand-ups, sprint planning, steering, and leadership reviews • Own project finances, including payment dates and CapEx/OpEx splits • Identify and produce resource plans • Collaborate across functions on go-live and post-live operational plans • Ensure seamless transition to internal operations and client services teams • Develop detailed project plans aligned with milestones and contractual obligations • Minimize obstacles and risks by following risk management procedures • Prepare and deliver project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders • Prepare, manage, and maintain project budgets • Manage vendor relationships and communicate expected deliverables • Utilize industry best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience • Experience in government-sponsored healthcare or a similar highly regulated industry • Project Management software experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience meeting deadlines and ability to pivot during unexpected changes • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons or high volume • Understanding of project management methodology and disciplines • Experience communicating with external customers and third-party administrators/vendors • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment • Critical and creative thinking • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • PMP Certification is an advantage but not a requirement
