📋 Description

• Drive the technical vision for Silent Sentinel deployments • Architect end-to-end solutions integrating complex surveillance systems with customer networks • Design, evaluate, and deploy mission-critical video surveillance and network systems • Develop, document, and articulate video surveillance system architectures • Ensure compatibility with network capacity, scope of work, and customer specifications • Advise internal and external stakeholders on technological capabilities and value propositions • Conduct product testing and lead technical demonstrations • Implement system modifications under strict change control procedures • Partner with project management, subcontractors, and Motorola Technical Support on post-sales execution and project milestones • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies • Travel for walks, surveying, design, integration, and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems • 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment • Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing complex system architectures and video surveillance networks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel to customer locations, subcontractor offices, and project sites • Must be able to travel between 50% to 75% • Compliance with Motorola policies, standards, and code of conduct • Passing necessary background checks for customer site access, including a stringent fingerprint background check under the CJIS Security Policy • Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is unavailable
