📋 Description

• Configure and support complex hardware and software systems deployed in public safety customer environments • Resolve critical customer issues via phone, email, and web portal • Collaborate across technical groups to streamline workflows and deliver rapid, high-quality resolutions • Troubleshoot and analyze system-level software, networking, and third-party components • Identify root causes of application failures and implement corrective measures • Maintain continuous operational availability of local and remote customer implementations • Share application behavior and database performance knowledge with internal engineering groups • Participate in a rotational off-hours on-call schedule for emergency system restoration

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Successfully pass a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Rotational on-call responsibility and off-hours duties • Configure and maintain MS SQL Server and MS Windows Server environments • Use MS Ops Manager and desktop operating systems for performance analysis • Troubleshoot basic routing, firewalls, and security rules • Diagnose, isolate, and resolve multifaceted software and hardware issues • Manage customer relationships with high professionalism • Preferred: PremierOne Application Suite or similar high-availability public safety platforms • Preferred: F5 Load Balancers and Fortigate firewalls • Preferred: relational database query writing, optimization, and SQL Server indexing
