📋 Description

• Manage client and internal communications across channels, ensuring creative deadlines are met and work stays within budgeted hours and Asana work plans • Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders about creative direction, reviews, and approvals • Attend and facilitate creative agenda items during internal and client calls, managing resulting action items • Contribute to brainstorms, draft creative briefs, write and revise copy, and drive creative concepts from inception to final delivery • Coordinate with designers and freelancers, providing edits, feedback, and quality control aligned with project and brand guidelines • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting professional development, well-being, and performance through ongoing feedback • Review and manage team capacity, evaluate estimated hours, and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Optimize creative workflows, maintain updated case studies and proposals, and participate in agency-wide creative initiatives and working groups • Develop advertising campaigns that raise money, acquire donors and supporters, win campaigns and elections, and improve brand and issue recognition for nonprofit clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of creative project management experience with a focus on digital production and digital design • Basic Photoshop proficiency, including making minor text edits • Experience implementing processes, systems, and tools that increase accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency • Ability to manage up and across to secure needed resources • Experience supporting the professional development and coaching of more junior staff • Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion • Ability to work collaboratively through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity • Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize time across multiple projects and deadlines • Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies • Ability to identify improvements and address potential roadblocks • Comfort admitting knowledge gaps and receiving feedback • Ability to communicate persuasively by phone, in person, and in writing • Ability to work within equitable and inclusive decision-making models
