📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop the Treatment Site Operations Coordinator (TSOC) organization • Establish team structure, performance expectations, ways of working, and capabilities for launch readiness and future scale • Lead centralized operational coordination across the individualized therapy treatment journey • Coordinate communication and alignment among treatment sites, Treatment Site Leads, manufacturers, sequencing providers, pathology laboratories, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal teams • Oversee centralized case management, including patient case coordination, operational escalations, cross-functional stakeholders, and issue resolution • Establish and manage operational escalation processes • Identify, triage, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer experience, treatment completion, or therapy delivery timelines • Provide operational visibility, status updates, communications, and stakeholder coordination throughout the treatment journey • Partner with Individualized Therapy Operations, Treatment Site Strategy, TSL leadership, Patient Support, and IT to resolve operational barriers and improve stakeholder experiences • Establish and monitor operational service standards, performance expectations, and response timelines • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, treatment site experience, execution consistency, and treatment completion • Report to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries • Experience supporting treatment operations, patient operations, customer operations, treatment site operations, commercial operations, or other cross-functional operational functions • Experience leading customer-facing operations, patient services, hub services, or customer support organizations • Understanding of customer experience and operational issue resolution • Experience coordinating activities across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to manage operational escalations, resolve complex issues, and drive stakeholder alignment • Strong operational execution, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience establishing operational processes, workflows, service standards, and performance expectations • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Preferred: MBA or equivalent • Preferred experience supporting commercialization of complex therapies, including cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models • Preferred experience working directly with treatment sites, hospitals, academic medical centers, community oncology practices, or integrated delivery networks • Preferred experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, workflow technologies, customer support systems, case management platforms, or operational control towers • Required skills include Adaptability, BuildMaster, Business Alignment, Clinical Development, Clinical Research, Communication, Communication Management, Competency Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Feedback, Customer Insights, Customer Management, Direct Marketing, External Partners, Market Development, Marketing Program Management, Market Research, Operational Architecture, Operations Management, People Leadership, Performance Evaluation Management, Pricing Strategies, Product Launch Support, and Product Management • US and Puerto Rico residents only
