• Drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers in the assigned territory • Collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver patient-focused solutions • Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals • Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics • Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics • Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio • Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals • Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals • Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact • Cover Stockton, Modesto, Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Tracy, California • Travel within the territory, with overnight travel potentially required approximately 25% of the time
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience • S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience • S2 alternative: high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience • Relevant experience may include professional sales, marketing, military service, or healthcare/scientific roles in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Valid driver’s license • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and address customer needs • Reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; otherwise willing to relocate at own expense • Preferred: background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service • Preferred: experience analyzing metrics, cardiovascular sales, product launches, competitive markets, advanced analytics, and multichannel sales technology • Preferred: minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience • Ability to simplify complex information and clearly convey technical details • Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset • No visa sponsorship • Travel requirements: 25% • Valid driving license required
