📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Ensure formulas are robust, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex fast-formula issues • Provide guidance on best practices for formula development and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas, including configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and related reporting and analytics platforms • Experience leading formula development projects • Experience working with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions • Experience maintaining documentation for ongoing support • Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development teams • Oracle Cloud HCM certification • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting • U.S. Citizen • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
