📋 Description

• Triage and resolve complex partner escalations across payroll, tax, compliance, and money movement • Monitor partner Slack channels and respond with urgency, ownership, and clarity • Deliver high-touch service to a concentrated portfolio of Check's largest partners • Analyze escalation trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements across product, process, and service delivery • Surface key themes, metrics, and risks to leadership and turn field signals into actionable priorities • Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve edge cases and streamline workflows • Own and maintain internal and partner-facing documentation aligned with evolving processes and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, service delivery, support, or a closely related role • Direct experience with payroll and/or tax operations • Experience in a B2B SaaS or Fintech organization • Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in high-complexity, fast-moving environments • Strategic problem-solving ability, with willingness to execute hands-on and improve systems • Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences, especially in ambiguous or high-pressure situations • Passion for root-cause system improvement and reliable, high-quality service • Experience using structured data to identify trends and drive improvements • Familiarity with Slack, Claude Cowork, Notion, and Zendesk • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ability to work without distraction or disruption while maintaining quality, communication, and productivity in a remote environment
