• Engage customers to address identified needs • Educate key stakeholders about oncology products • Communicate with the broader oncology community • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory • Cover the Oregon territory in a field-based sales role • Travel to visit customers in person and attend national sales meetings and industry conferences • Work with territory team members to attain or exceed geography sales goals • Meet key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and influencers • Build business relationships and trust to uncover customer needs • Use approved resources and messaging to communicate patient-centered product value • Apply knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines • Analyze trends in complex buying environments and drug distribution channels • Review product purchasing and prescribing patterns • Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the local team and district manager • Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs • Ensure consistent customer experiences across company divisions and functions • Share key learnings and collaborate with the customer team, including Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience • Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare/scientific work with oncology experience, professional marketing, or military experience • Oncology experience strongly preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle • Willingness to travel, including overnight travel of 10–15% • Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers preferred • Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience preferred • Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role preferred • Ability to cover the Oregon territory • U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only • No visa sponsorship
