📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory business plans across Eastern North Dakota, Northwest Minnesota, and Northeast South Dakota • Drive sales growth, market penetration, product adoption, and market share expansion • Build relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, nutritionists, and industry influencers • Identify territory opportunities, market dynamics, and competitive threats • Drive demand generation and product utilization through customer engagement, educational programs, and field events • Partner with distribution teams, National Account Managers, Corporate Account Teams, and internal stakeholders • Deliver consultative solutions that improve customer outcomes and advance business objectives • Promote the full Animal Health portfolio and expand customer adoption across product categories • Analyze territory performance, sales trends, competitive activity, and market conditions • Prioritize territory resources and investment opportunities to maximize market share and return on investment • Manage territory expenses and resources • Communicate customer insights, industry trends, and market intelligence to leadership and cross-functional teams • Partner with Field Technical Services to deliver educational, technical, and value-added programs • Maintain expertise in animal health products, industry trends, production practices, and competitive landscape • Share best practices and successful territory strategies with regional colleagues • Pursue professional development and achieve development objectives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Five years of relevant sales, livestock production, animal health, agricultural, or territory management experience with a bachelor's degree; or ten years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree • Knowledge of beef and dairy industries, including Cow/Calf, Feedlot, and Dairy production systems • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence veterinarians, producers, nutritionists, and distribution partners • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and business analytics • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to use mobile technologies and business systems • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and occasional weekend activities • Valid driving license required • No visa sponsorship • Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
