📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance and timely submission • Craft Executive Summaries, Introductions, Management Approaches, and Past Performance sections • Support the end-to-end proposal process from pre-RFP positioning through post-submission activities • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to develop compliant outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal schedules • Facilitate proposal meetings and coordinate efforts among SMEs, pricing teams, external partners, and executive leadership • Support proposal resources, track action items, and ensure all deadlines are met • Editing, proofreading, compliance reviews for technical and management proposal volumes • Integrate light technical content by pulling from, tailoring, and updating existing library of written boilerplate and capability statements • Copyedit and proofread all proposal volumes for clarity, grammar, tone, one-voice flow, and strict compliance with solicitation instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience • Must have an IT background • Familiar enough with AI to be comfortable using it • Experience writing technical reports, technical guidebooks, user manuals, processes, proposals, or any relevant and proven writing capability • Must have proficiency in AI tools for proposal development and compliance • Deep understanding of the federal procurement process (FAR) • Proven ability to comprehend high-level IT and cybersecurity concepts • Exceptional project management, organizational, and time-management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe products • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Self-started with the ability to work multiple priorities simultaneously • Willingness and ability to work outside of traditional hours and occasionally on weekends as required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Engineering field, Communications, English, Social Science, or technical discipline consistent with the aforementioned domains (preferred) • Federal Government contracting experience (preferred)
