📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business clients through virtual channels • Solicit new business using digital resources and technologies • Manage risk and credit decisions • Service existing clients in assigned geographies through the bank’s relationship management program • Work with branch partners to sell to business customers and cross-sell bank products • Develop new banking relationships and service existing business banking clients through remote activities • Network with accountants, attorneys, and other referral sources • Evaluate credit information and loan requests; recommend loan structures • Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk • Oversee approximately 15 to 40 relationship-managed clients • Achieve call targets and product sales goals, including cash management and Visa Merchant • Participate in civic and cultural organizations and programs • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant sales/credit experience, or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience • Sound credit skills necessary to evaluate loan requests • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and related technology • Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Good understanding of Cash Management, Merchant Service, and Trade Services products preferred • Knowledge of personal computers and department software preferred
