📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating foreclosure activities and processes • Ensure actions are properly documented and recorded • Maintain and adhere to the foreclosure timeline • Work closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions • Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements • Database entry and tracking of legal documents • May prepare accurate judgment figures, payoffs, and reinstatement • Coordinate past due steps in the foreclosure process • Communicate with attorneys to update files in legal process • Responsible for special projects and reporting required by clients • Ensure accounts are properly documented with actions taken • Monitor foreclosure loans ensuring timely completion of actions

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology • Excellent professional communication skills • Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word • Well organized, effective time management, prioritize workload • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines • Strong work and business ethics • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player • Effective problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a360 CaseAware
