📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Handle 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays • Serve as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health • Perform a variety of customer care tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress • Help remove barriers to healthcare and improve lives in communities served

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Texas • 1 year of Call Center experience • 6 months Customer Service experience • Must be proficient in English and Spanish • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber • Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and minimum download speed of 30 Mbps • Wireless and WiFi “air cards” are prohibited • A quiet space within the home free of distractions, including caretaking of any kind
