📋 Description

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center • Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds, and third parties • Explain the claim process to customers • Authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars when applicable • Complete customer inquiries regarding the status of existing claims efficiently and accurately • Clearly and accurately document all customer interactions in claim files • Maintain job knowledge through intermittent training and learning • Incorporate new information into daily tasks • Take inbound calls remotely for up to 7 hours per day • Collaborate with a diverse team under the direction of a dedicated supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Proficient in written and spoken English • Personal accountability for actions and outcomes • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong technical aptitude • Ability to navigate multiple systems, computer screens, and communication platforms simultaneously • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues if needed • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy • Customer service experience highly preferred • Remote contact center experience is a plus but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work in a dedicated workspace free of noise and distractions • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to a full work shift • Ability to operate a computer for extended periods • Physical dexterity to operate a keyboard and office equipment repetitively • Must reside within 50 miles of an eligible office location for future promotional opportunities
