📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Handle 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays • Perform a variety of customer care tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress • Serve as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health • Help MTM Health deliver personalized attention and exceptional care • Support the company’s mission to improve healthcare access and remove community barriers

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in New Mexico • 1 year of Call Center experience • 6 months of Customer Service experience • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills • High-speed Internet access via Cable, DSL or Fiber • Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and minimum download speed of 30 Mbps • Wireless and WiFi “air cards” are prohibited • A quiet, distraction-free space within the home, including no caretaking responsibilities
