📋 Description

• Produce work meeting Multiplayer's quality expectations • Guide junior team members through high-quality deliverables • Identify and analyze complex problems, causes, and solutions • Adapt to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow • Facilitate research and transform insights into actionable design opportunities • Produce interactive prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback • Create rapid iterations to speed up decision making • Facilitate client workshops to gain audience insights • Articulate the value of good design in client communications • Support visually appealing presentations communicating key information • Use storytelling skills to tap into human emotions • Maintain regular client syncs to manage expectations • Contribute to pitch presentations and assets supporting new business • Contribute to continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 4 years full-time industry experience as a UX designer • Portfolio we can access • Must have a minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
