📋 Description

• Assess patient needs for physical therapy • Plan and execute individual treatment plans in accordance with State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice • Provide quality treatment to patients • Provide education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions as necessary • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy • State of Michigan Physical Therapy License • Vaccination or lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella • Annual flu vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption • Ability to work 36 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with variable weekends on call
