📋 Description

• Travel to customer jobsites—up to 75% on average—to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC and controls issues • Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians onsite and remotely • Troubleshoot controls programs, HMI systems, and unit/system interfaces • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues • Support new product development and testing at Munters facilities • Assist with prototype builds and provide feedback to Engineering and R&D • Participate in Kaizen and cross-functional improvement initiatives • Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects • Work independently while collaborating with Service, Engineering, R&D, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of industry experience or relevant trade school/certification • Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment and controls systems • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams • Knowledge of HVAC components including compressors, valves, fans, and heat exchangers • Experience working with equipment involving sheet metal, piping, valves, and heat exchangers • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently • Willingness and ability to travel extensively—up to 75% • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in active industrial/customer environments • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable for the position
