📋 Description
• Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent. • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies. • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement. • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, partnering with interview teams to effectively evaluate technical and cultural fit. • Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process, providing recommendations and insights for efficient hiring decisions. • Coordinate and manage interview processes for an exceptional candidate experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers, including executive leadership • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
