📋 Description

• Assist users with Product Education deliverables • Manage product release education needs • Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering stakeholders • Draft release education deliverables • Approach sensitive release timelines with agility • Contribute to Murj’s publication cycle through deliverable review and feedback • Address high-priority requests from cross-functional partners • Curate modern integrated learning ecosystem deliverables using established best practices, content curation tools, and AI • Independently assist users with Product Education deliverables • Steward product release cycles using project management tools and driving cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in writing, education, or related fields • Experience curating customer learning deliverables • Experience working in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment • Direct experience working with AI-enabled solutions • Ability to operate in a fast-paced software environment • Ability to learn new software applications and utilize AI • Professional manner in dealing with a large customer base • Strong attention to detail • Ability to independently and professionally manage project requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Candidates must be available during core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time • Occasional evening availability, generally starting around 10:00 p.m. ET, for evening product releases
